Rosie was a semi-finalist on the Great British Bake Off 2019, best known for producing her animal-themed bakes.
After studying at Cambridge University, Rosie has worked as a vet in Bedfordshire and Somerset treating horses, dogs and cats.
Growing up with a severe nut allergy, and living with a sister who is gluten and lactose intolerant, Rosie is expert in developing allergen free bakes and recipes for the whole family to enjoy.
