Jo Adamson-Parker

Casting Director, Writer, Acting Coach.

As Casting Director – Over twenty-five years working on a variety of projects on stage and screen including ‘The Bill’, ‘Getting On’, ‘The Red Riding Trilogy’ and ‘Chucklevision’.

As an Acting Coach – Since 2000, Jo has run the successful Northern Drama Acting Studio providing training and support for actors in the North of England.

As a writer, Jo was shortlisted for ‘Adoption Blog Of The Year’ in the First4Adoption Awards 2019. Her blog ‘NinjaMam’ explores what her life has become, swapping premiers and press nights for homework battles and bedtime stories. Her writing gives a humorous and honest insight into parenting.
