Edd was the inaugural winner of The Great British Bake Off.
Based in London, he is now a well-respected food writer and sought after food stylist.  He is the author of 4 best-selling cookbooks – The Boy Who Bakes, Say It With Cake, Patisserie Made Simple and the 2020 best-seller – One Tin Bakes. His 5th book, One Tin Bakes Easy is out now.
