Based in London, he is now a well-respected food writer and sought after food stylist.  He is the author of 6 best-selling cookbooks – The Boy Who Bakes, Say It With Cake, Patisserie Made Simple, the 2020 best-seller – One Tin Bakes and One Tin Bakes Easy. His 6th book, Small Batch Bakes is out now.
