Andrea trained at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Dramatic Art where she won the Citizens Theatre Award for Comedy.

Film includes Greystoke and Derek Jarman’s Edward II.

Stage includes Barking In Essex (Wyndhams), Shirley Valentine (Duke of York’s), Men Should Weep (Stratford East) and Whatever Happened To Baby Jane (Citizen’s Theatre, Scotland).

Musicals include Grandma in Billy Elliot, Flashdance (Selladoor), Park Avenue (Sadlers Wells), Sweeney Todd, Cabaret, Into The Woods and Sister Act (Aberystwyth).

Pantomime include Madame Fromage in Cinderella, (Lichfield Garrick), Wicked Stepmother, Cinderella (Qdos), Dotty McSpotty – Jack and The Beanstalk (Watford Palace / Joyce Branagh).

She received a West End ‘Offie’ nomination for her performance as Mrs Hudson in The Revenge of Sherlock Holmes.
